Last year was a chrysalis year in my life. A time out of time, where a million things happened — and also slow, seemingly infinite pauses, as if life was suspended in another time-space.

Something amazing happens when we remember why we’re here: to be a Creatrix. To not only dream but to become the fifth element.

Let’s be real: our nourishment has implications. Big ones. And this is why we can have such a push-and-pull relationship with real nourishment.

As we get ready to wrap up the first month of 2024, I want to share with you a simple practice I’m going to be doing every month this year. I’m calling it Magical Milestones.
